Typical Example
- Assume a property purchase price of $300,000 CND.
- Assume you have $75,000 (25%) to pay towards the property purchase price.
- Assume you wish to spread your payments over 25 years.
- On this basis Pharos will pay $225,000 (i.e. 75%) and you will pay $75,000 (i.e. 25%).
- Assume the rent for that property is $1200.
- In the illustration below the rent rate is fixed for the term of mortgage (i.e. 5 years).
