Eligibility

The decision to finance the property will be based on our assessment of your ability to meet the payments. In arriving at this decision the following factors will be considered:

• Information received from credit reference agencies
• Your age
• The type of the property and its condition.

Any freehold domestic residential property in major cities of Ontario, Canada meets the general property’s criteria for Pharos Home Purchase Plan.
